PASTOR
Nelson Puffenbarger has been the pastor of Pilot View Friends Meeting since 2002. He encourages the congregation to walk in the faith and live their lives through Jesus Christ.
Nelson encourages the Pilot View Friends congregation to be faithfully in prayer and therefore furnishes a list of prayer requests and concerns each month.

*Salvation of the unsaved. The Lord desires that everyone should be saved, but He does not force people to come to him. He seeks to win people by love. Ask that hearts would be open to the gospel and respond to His invitation. Be specific: call the names of your family members, friends, acquaintances who need Gods redeeming grace.
*Safety for our missionaries. As violence erupts in various nations around the world, the danger to missionaries greatly increases. They become targets during the civil strife, during drug wars and gang activity. There is the threat that they will be taken as hostages-all these dangers in addition to the constant stress of their ministry responsibilities.
*Our nation: We are beginning to experience Gods judgment upon our land. Disobedience removes Divine protection. "Sin is a reproach to any people." What we sow, we reap. Ask God for mercy upon America.
